ORDERS AND SHIPPING

? How much is postage?

We have two postage options: Australia Post Registered Post for $5 or Express Post for $10.  Orders over $100 will get free Registered Postage (unless it is a bulky item), if you prefer Express Post and your order is over $100 then this option will cost $5.  Bulky items are sent via parcel post.

? How long will my order take to process?

We process orders on the day they are received or by the end of the next working day at the latest.  If there are delays we will let you know. 

? Why don't we use Standard Postage?

We are not able to offer standard postage without signature as signature on delivery is an Australia Post requirement.  Please see Australia Post's "Dangerous and prohibited goods and packaging guide" sections D3.3. 

? Why are my items sent in several packages?

Australia Post will only insure items up to a face value of $200 when dealing with coins and notes.  For this reason we choose to send multiple packages so, if the worst happens, your items are covered by insurance.   

? How do I know that my item has been sent??

Once orders are dispatched we will email you to let you know the tracking number/s.

? Is the item shown the one I will receive?

The item in the picture is absolutely the one you will receive.  If you require more photos please let us know and we will help you.    

? How are the photos taken?

All photos on the website have been taken in daylight against a black background.  No filters or colour enhancements have been made.  If you require a different photo to the one shown, please contact us so we can help.  Notes with clear windows will show up as black in the photo.

? Do you buy coins and notes?

No, we are only sell them.
